I when over the weekend to look for a particular SUV and Andres the sales person was really helpful with all the questions that I have to the point that I look at 3 different suv before we decide to get one of them. My Experience
I was seeking for preowned SUV with less than 60 thousand miles. Came across a 2016 Jeep cherokee in great condition. The staff at Milan Motors were very accommodating. Getting me approved with loan and answering all my question(s). I do recommend Milan Motors for anyone seeking a preowned Car, SUV, etc. The staff is great and very friendly just asked for Dennis. That's the experience I get with Daryle at Milan Motors in Little Ferry. No nonsense sales talk, no pressure to "accept now or no deal" and no sly hidden cost tricks. Daryle is a true professional... What I like about Daryle is that he is a gentleman, courteous and considerate... I don't feel like I'm a commission ticket for him - he actually wants me to be happy with my choice and will work with me to find the right realistic fit for my expectations (yes, I do have high expectations... but don't we all?). Fast and easy
Visited this dealer for the first time to test drive my first BMW. The sales person, Daryle, was extremely personable and easy to deal with. He made the whole experience easy and smooth. Even prior to the visit, we had constant communication via phone and text message. They answered every question quickly. I wound up purchasing the vehicle I went to see and I didn't even have to wait around while they did the paperwork! The Finance representative, was also a pleasure to deal with. I live in Pennsylvania and needed a new car because a new driver in family had recently totaled my 2009 BMW X5 that I loved. I called around to several dealerships for a couple of weeks near me and no one could really help me because my insurance claim / credit issue were still in process of being resolved, but I really needed a car. So I decided to branch out and call dealerships in NJ and it was the same issue. No one was willing to help unless I had a huge deposit to put towards a deal. Finally, I called Milan Motors and explained my situation to Sarah and she believed that her and the owners may be able to help me. So I drove 2 hours to get there and was pleasantly surprised on how many great vehicles they had, that were perfect replacement options for me. I could not be any happier with how quickly Sarah and the owners were able to help me resolve my unique insurance / credit issue. Because they helped me purchase a beautiful 2012 BMW X6, that is now my favorite car I have ever owned, and I get compliments on it all of the time. I was so impressed with how Sarah and the owners were able to support me and the work they put into making a deal, that I returned two weeks later and traded in my wife's car and bought her a 2013 Audi R5. They gave her a very fair trade-in on a 2006 Mercedes R Class even though it had very high miles. My wife and I are really happy with her car as well. Where do I start, We bought a 2012 BMW X3 The minute we came in through the door we met Bernie and the rest of the staff. After doing my proper research on cargurus, I landed up at Milan.. trust me, every car they kept is so attractive and spec clean.. feels like which one to go for.. ended up liking many in the lot. I was keen for a bimmer I had searched before, Bernie, showed me the car and came with me for the test drive. He was one of the best sales guy I came across.. no hard pushy sale .. makes you comfortable.. and knows a lot about cars.. Thanks Bernie being that way! He is the one who made me stick to Milan motors by his very friendly nature. Then he connected me to Brandan.. tough guy to negotiate.. I failed to get him down even by small amount... But he knows what quality he is selling... and also, man of his words! i had some minor fix after buying the car which was not came to anyone's notice while the deal.. so he agreed to fix it. While fixing, it turned out to be bigger cost than what we thought, but since he had agreed to fix it.. he did it irrespective. Difficult to find such committed souls in car business. My husband and I have always dreamed about having a BMW. On Saturday our dream came true!! Sarah worked her magic and got us an awesome deal for our 2015 BMW 528i M sport! I'm still in denial! I'll start by saying I've always wanted a BMW. I thought that I would never be able to afford to have one. However, on May 1st this dealership made it possible for me to drive off their lot with my DREAM CAR! It still doesn't feel real that I'm driving this 2011 BMW with less than 45 thousand miles on it, this car literally looks brand new!! I think they really do their research before buying/selling cars. Let me tell you how easy they made this process for me, considering I live in NY. I walked in to test drive this car(Bernie went for a spin with me) He was my entertainment during this experience. He was so helpful by showing me features within the car and also helping me search cheaper insurance quotes(He gave me several contacts). One guy who knew A LOT about my car was FRANK! He showed me some really neat features on the car before I drove it off, appreciate it!! Then Brandon sat down with me to discuss my trade-in and payment options I could afford. I mean I would of liked a little more trade -in than what I got but hey, I upgraded to a whole notha level!! He had Sarah run my credit and just like that I was approved for a 72 month term in which I plan to hopefully pay off sooner. I was very nervous considering it was my first time buying a car but they eased my nerves by pretty much taking care of my NY Registration & Plates and switching the insurance over right away! Just waiting on my plates to be sent to me! The one main concern I had was a Warranty on the Vehicle, and they were able to add a 3-year 30 thousand dollar warranty for me(It wasn't cheap but with a BMW get a warranty$$) I can bring the car to any Certified Dealer if anything goes wrong with it before than, Fingers crossed. They also do your first oil change for you!! I look forward to seeing these guys again, for that! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family! I was in the market for an Audi A7 and found my dream car at Milan Motors. Keith Potash was my salesman and a very nice guy. We went on the test drive and I told him to let me think about it. He never put any pressure on me and was always available to answer any questions that I had. I decided to purchase the vehicle and was going to go through my credit union. My credit union was taking too long to process my loan and I spoke with Sarah in the financing department. I decided to let her check into financing for me and it literally took five minutes to secure my loan! She is amazing at what she does! Not just another used car dealership
I'll start by saying I hate used car dealerships! A good one is extremely hard to find. After visiting at least 10 of them to buy my son his first car, I was very frustrated and skeptical that a legitimate one even existed. I eventually found myself in Milan Motors where my entire outlook changed. Our salesman Keith was a pleasure to deal with. He was not pushy, didn't stalk us, had patience and was completely honest about everything. Sarah was the best! She handled the financing and made us feel absolutely confident in the purchase. She explained all of the paperwork and treated us like good friends. It's been 2 months since I purchased the car (I never write reviews too quickly) and Sarah is always available to answer any questions I have and has kept every promise she made. My son loves the car and has never had a problem with it. It is so nice to deal with people like this. I highly recommend Milan and would give them 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience
For my first time purchasing a car on my own I have to write a review and say what a fantastic experience it was. The sales department was concise, friendly and very helpful. Specifically though, I cannot rave enough about Sarah Mcallister. She handles the more financial end of the purchase. I was a little nervous as this was my first time buying on my own, but she helped walk me through the process seamlessly and wth humor and fun. I felt immediately at ease and was having more a conversation with a friend than purchasing from someone I had never met before. Any questions that I had were answered in detail and with no suspicions attached. I was shopping online for a used car and saw this dealership I called to inquired about a 2013 BMW unfortunately it was available but the salesman was extremely nice and offered to get me the same car. I was impressed he called me the next day and told me he found the car I wanted he invited me to the dealership to see his inventory. I went there and saw how many clean cars they had I ended up getting a different car even though he went out of his way to get me the car I asked for, he wasn't upset at all. He made it so easy for me and Hassel free. I love my car and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a great used car.
